Refund & Returns Policy


As we work with live florals, we always strive to use the freshest, seasonal selections in our arrangements. If, for some reason, you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement, please give us a call or email within 24 hours of delivery. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement.  No replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient. Every bouquet and arrangement that leave are shop are equipped with flower food and flower care instructions.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please give us a call. Please allow 72 hours for cancelled deliveries to be refunded. This is the only exception to our no refund rule. If orders are cancelled after the 72 hours, we can offer store credit to go towards another order placed at a later date. ​


We do not offer returns. However, we do offer store credit, or exchanges for up till 10 days. Items must be new and still in original packaging and receipt must be present. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to ensure a resolution. All apothecary items are final sale. All seasonal and special items are final sale.
